My name is Stuart Hill and I am a rugby player at the Wanderers club in Johannesburg. During my 2011 season I sustained multiple injuries to my left and right hamstrings and my left groin. During that time I saw numerous physiotherapists who treated my hamstrings with ultra sound, hand manipulation and electro waves. The muscles would heal and i would go back to full time training and to playing matches. On 3 different occasions I would return to training after treatment, rehab and rest (2-5 weeks) and the muscles would tear again. I reached the point at the beginning of 2012 that I decided to stop playing rugby all together due to my continued problems with my legs.
I was then referred to Rado by a friend, and his methods appealed to me as I was told that he used spine manipulation as part of his treatment, and I have had a injuries to my lower back from the age of 16. On my first visit to Rado, I didn’t mention anything about my back injury. Needless to say he confirmed within 10 seconds that my lower back and core were very weak and neglected. 5 weeks on from my first session, after 10 consultations focused on spine manipulation and muscle recovery I am back to full fitness.
The best lesson that I have learned is that recurring muscles injuries are caused from weakness in other regions of your body, notably your core and spine. Without treating these areas of weakness, your injury will never leave you.
Thanks very much Rado.
Kind regards
Stuart
I have been a client of Rado Kitanov for many years, his integrity and honesty has always amazed me. He has always been accommodating and prompt when needed.
As far as treatments go, I personally feel that he has been spot on, such that surgery, as originally suggested by my specialist, is no longer an option I would consider.
Regards and Salutations
