I have been involved in sport for more than 30 years and I have completed all the major cycle races like Argus and 94.7. I have also completed over 50 standard marathons, 7 comrades marathons, seven 70.3 ironman and 3 full ironman events.
During the past few years I have been to Rado Kitanov to treat various sports related injuries. These range from calf injuries all the way up to back pain. His professional and friendly attitude has seen me through tough times and serious injury.
I have learned to appreciate his expertise and honesty when it comes to recovery times, because like all sports people I am impatient and don't want miss training.
Thanks Rado for all the effort, you have kept me on the road a lot longer than I thought possible.
Kind regards
Nadi Khan
